How do I get started?

Check out our support page to see how to get started. We have created some short videos to help you create your workspace.

How will users login?

It’s really easy! All your users need to get started is their email address. We will email them a “magic” link and they are good to go.

We also have the option to use a password, 2FA (multi-factor authentication for extra security), and Microsoft 365 authentication.

Do we have to import all of our users?

No way!  We really want to make it as easy as possible for your users to get booking desks with as little administration as possible.

Your users will be able to get started straight away with their company email address, or ask to be approved if they don’t have one, so you can let your contractors and your visitors book desks too.

Can Juggl Desks be used across multiple offices?

Absolutely!  We’ve designed Juggl Desks to work for businesses of all sizes, with any number of offices. If you have desks to book, Juggl Desks will let you book them.

How can I share my Juggl workspace for my colleagues to join?

Once you have created a workspace a uniuqe URL is created. This can be found by navigation to “My Juggl account” > “Workspace settings”. The workspace join link can be sent to anyone in your organisation, it will take them through the usual on-boarding process, skipping out the part where you are to type in the workspace name.

We have a lot of desks, so how will someone know which desk they are booking?

You can upload office layout plans to help your users find that illusive window seat not too far from the coffee machine.

We can also supply you with some awesome Juggl Desk stickers that you can use to label your desks with style!

Can bookings be saved to Outlook calendars?

Yes, and other calendars too!. Just click the Add to calendar link next to your booking or in your confirmation email and your calendar software will do the rest.

How much does Juggl Desks cost?

Juggl Desks is free until 2022. For more information on pricing please visit our pricing page.

Where will our data be stored?

All data is stored in Microsoft Azure hosted databases in UK based datacentres. 

How secure is our data?

All data is encrypted and only accessible to your organisation and your users.  We will only ever access your data with your permission.

How will our personal data be used?

We won’t share your data with any third parties, and individual user’s information is only used to deliver system functionality (e.g. confirmation emails). 

User contact details will only appear to other users in the same organisation. 

 All data is stored in the UK and is only accessible to suitably authorised individuals from Sorce for the purposes of supporting our software and service to you.
