It’s really easy! All your users need to get started is their email address and their choice of password and they are good to go.

We also have the option to use Microsoft 365 authentication.

No way!  We really want to make it as easy as possible for your users to get booking desks with as little administration as possible.

Your users will be able to get started straight away with their company email address or Microsoft 365 account.

How can I share my Juggl workspace for my colleagues to join?2024-09-20T13:00:06+00:00

Once you have created a workspace a unique URL is created. This can be found by navigation to “My Juggl account” > “Workspace settings”. The workspace join link can be sent to anyone in your organisation, it will take them through the usual on-boarding process, skipping out the part where you are to type in the workspace name.

All data is stored in Microsoft Azure hosted databases in UK based datacentres.

All data is encrypted and only accessible to your organisation and your users. We will only ever access your data with your permission.

We won’t share your data with any third parties, and individual user’s information is only used to deliver system functionality (e.g. confirmation emails). 

User contact details will only appear to other users in the same organisation. 

All data is stored in the UK and is only accessible to suitably authorised individuals from Sorce for the purposes of supporting our software and service to you.

In the future you will be able to pick some custom colours to match your brand, and the ability to upload a company logo for display alongside your Workspace name.

Microsoft hold a rolling 7 day backup for all data.

Data is only delivered to users of the same Workspace.

Firstly, we hope it is, but if it isn’t please contact us, we would really like to know why, just so we can improve. However, we make it simple to leave, we don’t have any onerous contracts, just give us 90 days notice and will start the account termination process.

We will delete your data upon request within 30 days of service termination.

Workspace administrators can limit new posts and/or comment capability to administrators only if desired. You can do this in the “Settings” area of Juggl Connect.

Can I stop push notifications on the Juggl Connect app?2024-11-22T11:17:59+00:00

Yes, you can toggle push notifications by pressing the “Home” icon at the top left of the app to open the side menu. You will still be notified silently in the notification area.

I’ve seen some content that shouldn’t have been posted, what can I do about it?2024-11-22T11:19:23+00:00

Your Workspace administrator can delete any post or comment, let them know about it and they can act accordingly.

Juggl Desks

You can upload office layout plans to help your users find that illusive window seat not too far from the coffee machine.

We can also supply you with some awesome Juggl Desk stickers that you can use to label your desks with style!

Absolutely!  We’ve designed Juggl Desks to work for businesses of all sizes, with any number of offices. If you have desks to book, Juggl Desks will let you book them.

Yes, and other calendars too! Just click the Add to calendar link next to your booking or in your confirmation email and your calendar software will do the rest.

Your data is only available to you, your other workspace members, and authorised Sorce staff for support purposes.

Users can quickly log in and join your company Workspace either by name, or by following a link that you can send them by email.

It will soon be possible to invite users in batches, and to optionally allow users outside of your organisation to request to join your Workspace.

You can provide your own company logo; this is used across the Juggl platform to help your users feel at home.

It will soon be possible to customise the theme with your corporate colours, and build a custom palette that administrators can pick from when building areas like the knowledge library.

We recommend good security best practices (such as long PINs, strong passwords and biometric security) with mobile devices, to protect access to the Juggl application and other important data on your device.

In the case of loss or theft of your device, please let your administrator know as soon as possible and they can disable your account.

We will soon be adding an optional layer of security to lock the app behind your device’s biometric security after time of inactivity.
